William Trowell is a Construction Project Manager based in Trail, BC. He earned his Bachelor of Technology in Construction Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT) in 2023. Since graduating, he has managed residential and commercial projects across Vancouver Island as an independent project manager.
