Jim Bologa is an innovative leader redefining technical education as CEO of Porter and Chester Institute. He has introduced hybrid learning, expanded employer partnerships, and strengthened compliance and accreditation. Before PCI, he held senior finance positions at Daticon and TranSwitch. Jim earned his B.S. in Accounting from Elmira College and holds a CPA (inactive) certification.
