For Derek Maxfield, business has always been about purpose. A promise made to a dying friend inspired his lifelong mission to do something great, and Saprea became the fulfillment of that promise. Before co-founding Younique in 2012 with his sister, Derek worked in software development, building tools for the direct sales industry.
