Faith has always guided Derek Maxfield’s path. It anchors his marriage to Shelaine, their life with children, and his work in both business and nonprofit leadership. After 12 years of software development in the direct sales industry, Derek co-founded Younique in 2012 with his sister. Their mission-first cosmetics company paved the way to establish Saprea, a nonprofit offering hope to survivors of childhood sexual abuse.
