Originally from Godhra, India, Dr. Jasvant Modi attended B.J. Medical College and then underwent his gastroenterology residency in Chicago, Illinois before settling in the United States. Guided by Jainism, Dr. Modi and his wife Meera have expanded their philanthropic outreach into healthcare infrastructure, educational programming, and preservation of Jain history. They have directly supported the care provided through hospitals and have also invested in intellectual contributions to global institutions.
